A few days ago my best friend introduced me and three other close friends to shrooms. I'm not experienced with drugs besides alcohol. I've had drugs such as marijuana, kratom, and kava, but it was only a few times.
The five of us took about 1.5 grams each. This is a low dose but my best friend who is experienced in drugs had some tricks to strengthen the potency. We grinded up the shrooms and mixed them with lemon juice. Apparently this increased the strength of our dose to about 3.5 grams because it allowed us to digest the shrooms at a faster rate.
The five of us all sat on my best friend's girlfriends bed. The room and the bed were colorful making it an ideal place to trip. We listened to psychedelic music such as Shpongle. We also listen to very soothing Native American music such as Paul Avgerinos.
For the first fifteen minutes, we did not experience much of anything. After that point me and my friends started to become very warm. I started to giggle and laugh intensely at anything, even if it wasn't really amusing. I would try hard to remove the permanent smile on my face. As the trip progressed I began to see patterns on the wall and objects began to morph into different shapes. The most notable object was the fan on the ceiling which started to vibrate oddly and morph into different shapes if I stared at it long enough. Then my perceptions of dimensions began to be altered. I couldn't remember how the room originally looked. The door to the room seem to come closer to me, and the hall way to the door started to become very narrow. The bed sometimes seemed to be very small and sometimes very long. Time was lost. The 3 1/2 hour trip felt like eternity but at the same time felt like five minutes. The pause between songs on our playlist, literally felt like minutes.
My connection with all my friends was increased during and after this experience. Any negative tension I felt with any of my friends was washed away. During the trip, I would look at any of my friends and would see their complete inner beauty as people, and my eyes would become watery because of all the warmth and love that i was experiencing. All of our thoughts seemed to run together and it was as if our brains were connected. One of my friends would speak about what they were experiencing and I would close my eyes and would visualize the exact same thing my friend was.
Later in the trip, I experienced some ego less and ego confrontation. I felt as if my ego was stripped away and my true self was exposed to all my friends. My inner weaknesses were shown and felt.
Honestly this was one of the best experiences of my life and I look forward to doing shrooms and other psychedelics again. During and after the trip I felt a strong emotion that everyone should be free to experience shrooms. To me this was pure beauty, and it just seems downright evil to make it illegal. The trip has changed me in a positive manner. It maybe the after glow, but I see the world much clearer now, and my anxiety has lowered.
I recommend any of you to try shrooms or any other psychedelics. I'm sorry if I didn't go into too much detail, but it really is hard to describe to someone who has not tripped before.

This reminds me of this shroom & magic the gathering party I went to although I don't play magic nor did I do shrooms. I found the concept hilarious though.

Did u realize some of the truth ? Were at least some of false assumptions about who you and each of us are recognized ?
This is a magnificent experience . Shrooms or not shrooms - the way of discovering and learning the truth is not defined or limited by social concepts . More over - it is often misunderstood and ignored because of social concepts and false assumptions.
I suggest continuing to learn and understand what happened to you and what u realized, exploring it and NOT stopping - unless u decide that u need to go slower ( and its rather better to go slow, this is not a race , nor is it safe if u go to fast - u just saw a car and if u decide to learn about it - be responsible and assure your safety - if u get in and ride without having skills to drive ... you don`t want such scenario ) . Its easy to forget it , to lets yourself be talked out of it or talk yourself out of it, its easy to fall into false assumptions again because it isn`t what social order learns us. Doing it isn`t what religion tells us. Isn`t what esoteric teachings tell us. Isn`t what science tells us ( although its a lot more closely related to science ) .
If u decide to explore it - i d suggest puttin effort into differing - whats truth and whats a false assumption - u see - if something is assumption - it is a lie - because assumption is choosing to believe that the more propable scenario is the truth . Such is a lie - because if u do that - then u basicly say that u know which way it is - when truly u don`t know. If u have to choose path and there is no time - then remember that u didn`t know and still don`t know - so u ARE able to see if the path is truly right or NOT .
If u assume - u basicly strip yourself out of this intelligence. Its importance - is like between driving a car and looking only in a mirror , having its front window covered , assuming that the road is this way or that , because its easier to keep looking in the mirror than taking the cover off - and - between taking this cover off - each time it appears and it happens often ( sometimes you may leave it for a while , slow down , for your own safety ).
Be careful , go at a comfortable speed. Safety is your top priority.
I d also suggest taking a look at these sites -
www.eventtemples.com
www.wingmakers.com
www.lyricus.org
E-book on the first of these sites , the one to the left is a very potent and inspiring material , taking a deeper look at it may give you what you are looking for now , if u are.
Also - know that the drugs aren`t that important. It`s performace depends on individual. Not for everyone would have a positive effect. Drugs are like seeing out of the jungle - sometimes you will see a car and sometimes it might be a positive experience - but sometimes u will see or recognize not a car but something else - even if it was car - and it might be a negative experience.
Continuing on drugs - it is your choice - and it is an important one - so be careful - it isn`t a game - it might be positive but be observant , be aware of what is happening because of drugs as much as possible and make the right choice , stop - if u aren`t sure that it is indeed positive. I`m not saying that shrooms are bad and u should stop - they might be good but i don`t think this is very propable.
Also - don`t get so immersed by 'paranormal' phenomenons. This isn`t a game. You must ensure your safety. They are not so safe . If u have any doubts and you aren`t 100 % sure that u are ready for them - i d suggest stopping right away with experiencing them. It will take to resist the fascination but - be responsible. Ground yourself first, understand your emotions, beliefs , body. .Understand relationships. Just follow the order. You do not build a house before building fundaments. If u will do it - it will crush . Nor do u not pay attention into building strong fundaments. Your safety must be ensured.
I really suggest reading the e-book first. I think it would explain you well whats truly important. Wingmakers site - if u are gonna explore it - which I would also suggest - rather explore the older stuff first. Otherwise you might misunderstand completely the newer stuff , with very high propability.

I think it was 20-30x salvia that I did that was truly the most terrifying out of this world life changing drug experience.
Shrooms, E, LSD all fun but fuck that salvia was totally out of this world unreal.

Something similar happened to me too man, and I have to agree that it was one of the best experiences I've ever lived in my entire life.
Me and a couple of friends decided to hang out one day to this beach, and on our way there, we decided to stop on this beautiful cliff where you could see the entire ocean from a high point of view. After sitting there enjoying the beautiful scenery, one of my friends told us that we should check something out. So we got a little bit closer to the cliff and climbed down a couple yards.
After climbing down my friend told us that we should try this new, life-changing experience he discovered not long ago, and after saying this, he jumped. The other guys proceeded to jump after him and me, being encouraged by peer pressure, jumped too.
The fall was amazing, we were so high that it lasted a while before we crashed. It felt as if you were just floating there and time suddenly stopped, making you feel as if you were on top of the world. When we finally crashed on to the rocks, we just lay there talking about what each of us were experiencing, and I too, cried. Not because of the pain but because I know I was feeling exactly what he was feeling and could relate to it.
After waking up in the hospital and going back home on a wheelchair and several casts, I decided that I liked that experience so much that I would try it again, but at a higher altitude. Every time I jump I will do it from one yard higher than before, but I shouldn't just rush the jumping height too much because it could kill me.
These experiences should be legalized imo.

last time I did shroomz it was close to 12grams and it lasted a good 15-20 hours before coming down. Total ego loss, and one hell of a trip mind you

Yeah, amazing troll but the scary part is, it's not entirely false. Mushrooms make you hallucinate and makes you see crazy things. In Holland they're illegal for a year now, after a french girl jumped out of a window and died after taking mushrooms. Always have a clean person with you when taking that stuff.

What the fuck are you talking about Mushrooms are effected by whats inside They don't directly create hallucinations, but rather psychadelic experiences. You've obviously never done them, but they just make everything right with the world. They make it so easy to analyze all of your problems, and you come back from t he trip with a new way of looking at life. I just don't think people who haven't ever had a profound experience like that should be allowed to talk about shrooms.

Drugs effect people in different ways. Even if it generally effects you in a good way, it's not 100% you will never have a bad trip. Also if we had people doing shrooms and weird drugs all the time then it would turn the cities pretty chaotic don't you think? There is a big difference between responsible users who plan out their whole trip in a safe place occasionally , and abusers who would just ruin their lives and others in the process. There are obviously very good reasons why things are illegal. I mean it's bad enough that we have the occasional drunks and drunk drivers popping into our lives and being annoying/ridiculous/harming/damaging.
PS- I'm pretty sure if you were diagnosed by a doctor on shrooms they would mark you legally insane. So we can't have added (legal) possibilities of insane people creating chaos. It's like you are asking society to just open the doors to all the funny farms everywhere because these people are living in their own 'head world of enlightement'.
|
There are possibly many reasons why these drugs are illegal. You don`t know many of these reasons and yet try to tell why they are illegal. Guy above me wrote why they should be illegal in his opinion but most propably he assumed that there is one reason for it and that he deduced it.
No there is not one reason , this is how u made a false assumption and u propably don`t even realize it. This isn`t how you differ truth from falsehood . Now you would think it is a fact and act upon it. This is the reason behind failures - small ones and large ones.
