I got some new barbells as well, which weights do you recommend to start off with?

It depends on what you want to archieve with your work out. If you want to gain muscles, you should start out with as much weight as you can handle while doing 12 repeats.
If you want to work on your stamina you should start out with less weight but as much as you can handle for about 20-25 repeats.
If you want to gain strenght, 1-4 repeats with lots of weight. At least thats what I was told.

I train muscle-stamina with 25 repeats. The weight depends on the exercise I'm doing. For example I do benchpress 40lbs x 25 x 3.

Had same problem with TSL, Really ill for a week then 3 weeks of built up course work

green stuff: units to defend
red stuff: turrets, mines and depots to wall off

1. Top Players: B+ / A- and higher (those who can actually hold the A- rank)
2. Good Players: B / B+
