did you get an account or not? it warrants mentioning that i've used the last.fm radio once or twice in my ~5 years there. the Related Artists section is informed by the data fed into the site and is therefore really arbitrary and nonsensical sometimes. | ||

I use grooveshark.com now which is quite nice, although I have no idea how they could possibly be legal since you can pick and choose songs and create playlists. They also have a radio feature which is free. There is a pay service but I've never even looked into what it offers since the free service has been enough for me. edit: I just thought of why last.fm didn't really interest me that much. It's because I don't have a single MP3/CD (legal or otherwise) and I don't listen to music all that often so the scrobbling was completely useless to me. I really was using it for an advertising free radio for whenever I felt like listening to some music and grooveshark does that well. | ||
