This means that it is entirely up to a distribution network based around a very limited number of hubs. If you lie along an established spoke, it can be commonly available and even rather inexpensive, whereas in other places it is an exotic drug for which you must pay accordingly. | ||

For the first part of your post: "low" doses of LSD definitely have very pleasant effects. Dancing trees and what not. It can be a little confusing sometimes, but bad trips are rare. The most i've ever done was a .75mg thumbprint with a member of the rainbow family i met during a vacation in California. The trip was terrifying because i learned the meaning of life multiple times over and discovered that nothing i had ever done would ever matter. Also i learned that i was the reincarnation of jesus. Having done a lot of drugs, that is still one of the most powerful experiences of my life. For me especially, anything like fractals, and concepts of time, infinite space. Your brain may play a trick on you that I like to call the circle of death. It's essentially an infinite loop that the brain can get stuck on trying to reach a limit. Such as the cycle of life. There is no end, and no beginning so I've noticed I can get caught up trying to "get out" of the cycle but it's pretty tricky sometimes. Just have fun, have a clear head, don't have anything you REALLY need to do 24 hours or so after your first trip, as the "barriers" that re-form can be a little unsettling and confusing. If you have smoked weed before I would recommend having some on hand to ease any abrasive times (nice while going up and coming down). It is also nice to do it with a friend, preferably one who has some experience with it. This is because when you have another person to talk to or bounce shit off of you are less likely to get caught up in your own head. While tripping alone can be very enlightening and fun, I would not suggest you try it solo your first time. EDIT: Gherm is totally right about the rigors of producing LSD. This is not something you can do at home. It's probably not something you can even understand unless you are a very experienced chemist. | ||

I also disagree with gherm that it is hard to get. Whenever I have wanted it I have been able to get it easily. And it is cheap too, $5 a hit. I just have one word of caution: only do psychedelics if you are emotionally stable. I have had a couple bad trips on LSD because I did it when I was depressed. Its been a few years since I have done acid, because I was lucky enough to know a guy who was able to hook me up with a bunch of 2cb a few years back and I have just been using that when I want to go on a trip. It is shorter lasting and more visual. Easily my favourite psychedelic. | ||

Best drug available. Definitely do it with someone who has done it before. Be sure to listen to interesting music. And I also recommend having some weed to ease your mind when its a bit difficult. | ||

EDIT: As I understand them, flashbacks happen when something stored in fat deposits is released and you experience acid-like effects, often for a short time. I don't think I've ever had one. Ok, just checked wiki and that fat thing is bullshit. | ||

I live in a city that has a ton of LSD connections, but I have trouble finding it. >.< If you find it I say go for it, even if you haven't had many drug experiences. There's lots of literature on the subject and most of it demonstrates that LSD is not as dangerous as the public perception of it is. Your biggest worry is having a bad trip which can be alleviated with a caring sitter. Other than that if you're really worried I'd just do a quick google search, for it'll bring up everything you'd need to know. Also, don't try to make it lol. I don't claim to know how, but even if you could manage to find all you needed (unlikely) then you run a very serious risk of being put in prison with intent to manufacture/distribute.
