Remember: DO NOT eat too few calories. I know you're trying to drop the weight (from the fitness thread) but not only will eating too little NOT allow you drop the weight but you also open yourself up to getting more illnesses, fainting, and other stuff that goes along with the body in starvation mode.
Apathy can also be a sign of low energy here.
This may be the first thing I would suspect given how little I know about you and your posts in the fitness thread.

I'm not entirely sure, but it could be as someone in the thread has said. I've been skipping meals a lot recently due to lack of good budgeting so it is probably that.

You're probably right. I'm going to take steps to make sure I eat at least 3 meals a day and hopefully 5-6 small ones if I can work out the timing. All healthy of course!

Thank you to D4emon and ForSC2 for their long and very touching PMs - I'll be replying over the weekend and also huge e-hugs and love to Pholon, Scara and Kerotan for my X-mas present which arrived today.
