I don't know if this is true but this is what I read from a Chinese sc forum, that in his post-osl interview he said his recent slump was due to personal matters. That and this:

As you may know he used to wear a ring but apparently not any more. So did he break up with his very hot gf which caused his recent small yet very noticeable slump?

Losing a few games in a span of 2-3 days is not considered a slump.

His game vs Flash the other night in the OSL is more than enough to prove that.

I don't understand how you can call that a slump... Having two bad days in a row after several great days. And he came back strong vs Flash and showed us how to play PvT... There is no slump...

I can't really say he's in that much of a slump anymore He beat flash in the osl.I know it doesn't mean too much also since flash isn't the best at tvp he lost to sea but having beaten flash means he's probably doing better than then. And also just the thought of beating the best player ATM...

Call it whatever you want but something weird happened in that period. Losing 2 PvTs against above average terrans then the very next game, beating the best terran in the game.Crushing Kal and Horang2 with dominating fashion then losing a pvp against movie who has rumored horrible pvp. No cheese involved.

I'm just glad he's over it.

I think the point of this blog post was more about Stork's relationship with his gf and less about the mini-slump.

That said, his gf probably saw this thread and opted to get out of the way of Stork's thousands of aspiring gay lovers.
