You're cooking all of that? Or is "making" in your term the same as "helping my mom" in ours?  Sounds delicious my friend. A true traditional meal as far as I can tell (even if you don't serve...gooble gooble?)
I hope you have a great thanksgiving. Enjoy yourself by feeding your inner fat kid.
[edit] I'm going to be helping my mom with the turkey seasoning and cooking the darn bird itself. We'll have some other sides, but not as much as what you'll be serving. We're also having a few guests coming over, mainly friends of my parents. Yes...for me, it's going to be a major bore, but... I'm with my parents and that's all that matters.

Ok Cheesecake is in it is the same recipe I shared earlier but instead of lemon zest you use pumpkin pie spice and instead of lemon juice use same amount of pumpkin pack. I also used some store bought coconut cookies for the crust.
And this is the cold box before making food ill show after just to compare( not to show off for poker pros my food gathering skills huh travis ^.-) hehee

Cranberry sauce and deviled eggs next then teh rest of the deserts.I'll finish the rest in the morning.

I think we're eating out. I don't know what's going on. We usually go to this family reunion type thing in Encinitas, but I guess there is some family related drama I'm not aware of and we're staying home.
It's a shame, because that's usually about the only time I get to see my little sister. It'll be peaceful and easygoing though.

That stuff looks great! I'm having a girl I'm hoping to start dating (we've gone out 3 times before, each one getting progressively better :D) over for Thanksgiving and it will just be the two of us. We'll be making shrimp tomato basil risotto, cornbread, cranberry sauce, asparagus and pumpkin pie. Naturally there will be wine as well! I'm pretty excited and hope everything goes well because I really like her personality and she is very cute.

Pies are done stuffing in the oven and green beans about to be in the oven. Ill upload some more pics later Just mashed tatters and gravy to go then food time wooot!!!

T-day was a success and here are the pictures of the rest of the food/finished food. I have decided this is my first and last thanksgiving for sometime. Ill be heading to the inlaws or my parents next year lol.

Way too many left overs I took a huge plate to a coworker from NY who would not come over (cant spend tday alone) and still my frig is so full. And its crazy I ate to much food and had no room for pie/cheesecake.
I haven't eaten a turkey in over 17 years Oo.

I try to avoid eating turkey as well. Not for ethical reasons, but more just because I find it devoid of taste. I only enjoy it when it's smothered in a good strong cranberry sauce. Otherwise I find it to be almost as much a waste of my time as is celery. I fucking hate celery. Not because it's bad, but because it really doesn't need to exist.
Either way, mad respect for being a pescetarian. The world needs more of you.
I personally just enjoy meat too much to try .
