Ok, I'm here to explain to you a lesson i learned in life, i hope you will understand it and try and apply in ur own lives.
THE GHOST THAT HAUNT YOUR MIND.
If when u wake up all u want is to sleep again only to dream with things that you lost once.
If the only good feeling you have inside you is nostalgy then my friend u're fucking fucked.
The only reason past exists is coz it was once ur present.
And the best use it got is to serve you as your personal replay tracker, do you want to know how to deal with that new situation in your life? go ahead check the past with a scientific view not a romantic one -or u'll prolly cry when u remember how humiliated u got last time u fought someone -
its ur obligation to check ur past and see what u have done wrong, just like a replay, if u believe in god, thanks him for creating a real life replay storage system ur human brain, if u do not believe, thanks evolution for the same thing.

...Well, aside all the bullshit(because everyone likes to be a bullshitter =DDD), living in the past is not good for you because you will just be stuck sitting in a chair, thinking about stuff you shouldn't be thinking about. My past is... wretched, maybe wretched enough to get me banned for writing a blog(cough), but, if I had enough time I could have that replay machine running forever in my brain. But, I don't.
