So I just played some SC while drunk. I've played SC while drunk before, but I decided this time to go ahead and make a poll and maybe get a little feedback to the question: Do you play better when drunk? I'm not talking a little tipsy, I'm talking drunk. Staggering, unfocused, drunk. I actually played better. I was on complete autopilot. My mechanics were crazy good. My game sense was kinda shitty. Whatever.

I'm still kind of drunk. Oh and of course, if you've got a good drunk BW story, feel free to tell it.

My play (as well as my manner) go wayyyyy down when I am drunk. I like playing drunk because I have a lot of false confidence. Usually just go try to play something like 3v3 FMP and just try crazy cheese strategies.

I play a lot better when I'm high.. Game sense and mechanicsare waaay better, but my apm is getting really low..

Well I've only tried it once. It felt like I was playing crazy fast, multitasking so well. But then I noticed there were idle drones at each of my bases and my mineral counter was 4 digits. It does feel nice though, not caring at all what happens.

I play better drunk... But after like 5 beers or more my multitasking and lategame play gets way worse.

It all depends on HOW drunk, but i actually play better when i'm "normal-drunk". I don't get nervous at all, i'm extremely calm and as with LordWeird, i get a ton of false confidence which is actually really good. Normally when i play i play too fast for my head and i have been doing that since i started, it's impossible for me to stop this, as soon as i slow down when not drunk i start to think about random shit that makes me forget all about the game.

So yeah, i actually play better drunk, but i'm only D+ to begin with, so..

I'm the other way around. I'm too lazy to utilize 300 apm but I type like crazy and get randomly super BM, which I of course regret later on.

i played sc when i was drunk- i couldn't place a single building setting up control groups took me forever and i just.. sucked.

i just get worse, but one of my friends actually plays a little faster with the first few shots... so we both take a shot after each game and see when we level out (i start out better, so we actually get pretty close after about 3-4 shots.

yup i agree..its like how some people think they are better drivers when they are high or drunk but they actually just dont notice their mistakes
