Like if you watch a movie where it happens, or you see something funny happen between a couple, or if something a couple does in both of your view relates to something you guys do or have done, use it to propose the hypothetical situation of you two being a couple, in order to see how she reacts. for example: *you just watched a movie where a pair of best friends fall for each other and end up together in the end* "Haha, I wonder how often that happens in real life." "What?" "You know, people who think they are just friends finding out that they actually have feelings for each other." "Yeah, I dunno." "Hahaha, ohhh, I get it, you secretly have feelings for me, don't you? *flirty flirty etc*" ...at which point she will either react with giggly protestations, or an explanation of why that could or couldn't happen between you. Keep in mind, if she likes you, she is just as nervous about revealing it as you are, so you are looking for non-verbal cues, not necessarily the words she actually says. Or, as another example, observe that you guys are like a couple, and start it as a line of joking. For example, if you have a dispute over something silly or do a household chore for each other, joke that you are like a married couple, and see if she goes along. You know, that kind of thing. In experimenting with her reactions, you can try to get a better idea as to how she would react if you outright told her you had feelings for her. Keep in mind, in my experience, girls love to feel attractive and interesting, so when they find out a guy has feelings for them... they are likely to find him interesting too... All in all, all communication theory and tricky techniquing aside... my personal recommendation would be just to keep taking it slow. You have nothing to lose by staying friends, spending time together, and letting things develop in their own time. If anything, like you said, it has a higher potential of creating a more successful relationship. I say, don't push it, but do be ready to be honest about your feelings as soon as the time is right, or, tell her how you feel right away, if you feel like it's worth the risk. legendary post | ||

I have a cute profile picture in facebook were I have two girls on both sides and they are really cute.. I met them at their office because my friend won a cellphone due to crossfiyah. (nothing malicious in the picture just a very friendly pic with two beautiful girls) Now the thing is, my girl found the profile picture and told me "I am so jealous of the two girls your with right now." which was a little playful and at the same time a little psychotic. I told her,.. I just wanted to show that I accidentally won the cellphone.. Even thought she already knew that wasn't the case. So I changed the picture as soon as she replied that "I am so jealous of the two girls your with right now." And she began to say "No, it's actually okay.. I know you like being proud of that picture." Does this make me look like a douche to her? I mean, she is really the jealous type and I don't even know if she really hates my ass for it once she saw that picture? | ||

Although I don't know in your specific case obviously, generally your girlfriend will get pissed if you have focal point pictures (i.e. your facebook profile picture, which is the one everybody is guaranteed to see) with other girls.. isn't this a no-brainer? While the initial move makes you look like a douche, I think you might have saved yourself by taking it down as soon as she showed interest (negative) in it. | ||

One of my dearest passions is travelling and experiencing other cultures, so I have done a lot of it and lived a while in some unique and wonderful places. In the forefront of ideas for visiting ATM are the Czech Republic (part of my heritage and I've always wanted to see Prague), Egypt (Really into their ancient culture and would love to see the pyramids as well as friends there), and China (trying to learn Mandarin). Closest to my heart is probably Spain, where I lived 3 months and almost didn't come back. The culture just fits me really well, and the country is richly beautiful. Can you tell one oft majors was international studies? Lol | ||

for example me myself, when i was younger and i saw someone with a tatoo i thought he was like a gangster or some thug like dudes. Now when i see it it seems really common, and a lot of people have it. I would get one if i had something important to show or have the money, but so far nothing yet. | ||

By changing it as soon as she mentioned it, you showed you cared about her feelings. I doubt she's mad. My advice: just do something nice to show her that you're thinking of her today to remind her she's precious to you to seal the deal. | ||
