Yea I am helping my friend out he manages one and I used to do alot of pizza work/catering.
They are starting to open many more around the country and said friend is in charge of starting up those new stores. Great pizza and great cheesecakes for sure. we have a water filtration system that emulates the NY water so its authentic haha.

That is not a monkey, it is a " little guy" named by the creator Patrick Van De Ven

Should also tried Di Fara's, damn expensive though.

I've been to both and prefer Di Fara, (even though the wait at Di Fara is RIDICULOUS).

Lately I haven't done much carving most of the work since the economy crashed has been shop work.
Filling/pulling ice blocks, doing set ups etc.
But when its busy yes I do all aspects of the job from making to setting it up, Ive posted some ice pictures in previous blogs.
Actually I am setting up some stuff for an open house for some of our regular / prospective clients.So I should have some pictures after tomorrow of some neat stuff.

So was at the Ice shop today got to do two tube luge's, 4 ice bar bases and an ice table top. Also some random cleaning up for the open house tomorrow I will not forget my camera then.
This is a tube luge but the ones I made today are different, they have bottels of vodka in them!! As does the table bases.
Here is a picture of an ice bar again not the one done today but something to feed the curiosity until tomorrow.
