This is my first post so let me introduce myself first.
I'm 24 years old and i've just graduated in Mechanical Engineering. I'm unemployed right now, so mostly of my time i'm at teamliquid watching some nice stream or playing at Iccup. I play protoss since this game came out in 99 so i'm quite old in this game. But this doesn't mean that i'm good, in fact i kinda suck and i've just hit C rank recently. Well, enough the presentation, now i'm going to talk about the trainee process.
In fact i'm not quite sure if outside my country this kinda of process really exists, so i'm going to explain it first.
The Trainee Process is a program that companies do to attract recently graduated professionals. This type of programs is one of the best opportunities to join a big company without having any kind of experience. In my country companies like Unilever, Renault, Fiat, Volkswagen and Nestle have just opened the selection process for this programs. Of course i subscribed in every single one. The selection process is very hard it consists of consecutives stages like: Curriculum analysis -> Tests (Foreing language, General Knowledge and Logic (Math) -> Group dynamics -> Interview. The number of Jobs avaliable is small and the candidates are many. For which job offered there's like 1500 candidates in the first stage.
I'd like to know from you if in your country this kind of program is common, and if the selection process is like the one i described. Just for curiosity.
Thanks for reading all this
