So I got a new laptop today (HP Pavilion dv6- 1115ee).
I was setting it up and everything was going smoothly. I then installed Starcraft and the logitech software for my mouse that asked me to restart the computer. And so I did. Only now, when I go to My Computer, I can't locate the CD-Drive.
This is basically what I see:

I tried inserting a disc to check if that works but no luck. I restarted a couple of times with no luck as well. I tried typing "E:\" in the address bar but nothing was found. I consulted my friend DragoonPK. He also wasn't able to fix the problem 
We went to the device manager to locate the disc drive and this is what I see:

I tried updating each of them but all of them are apparently up to date. For each of them, it says this:

I'm sorry for the shallow explanation of the issue but does anyone know what I may need to do to fix this? Thanks a lot in advance.

I had a very similar problem with my friend's Dell a few weeks ago...have you gone to find new drivers for them yet? Just type in that long-ass "BCVU 92bh blah blah blah" into google and see what comes up... I'll do the same and see what I can find.
in short, to fix the Dell, we reinstalled the CD drivers even though they were up to date... worth a try for your machine.

you can always d/l the game off the battle.net website if all fails.

Five for me as the ranking poster in this thread with the adequate knowledge to fix the problem as well.
EDIT: before you ask, GTR doesn't count as a ranking poster because he has both "lolli" and "k pop" in his signature and is around 14 years old.
