So myself and my friend wanted to do some WoW free trials and long story short one of us has the whole game client and one of us is streaming the game trough the free trial service. Problem is we can't see each other even though we are on the same Realm. Any ideas why not?   | ||

They are on the same realm, that means server. @ OP: Perhaps it's a free trial thing, I've never tried the free trial. Have you tried the various chat commands? I.E /w (whisper), etc. I'm not sure if free accounts can use the trade channel, but whisper does work. Try that. | ||

There is no physical restriction between trial accounts and the game as far as running into people goes.... so unless there has been a VERY recent patch that changes this you should be seeing each other just fine. Make sure that you are both on the same basic servers... IE both in North America or both on the European. | ||
