why hasn't something like this been implimented since the huge sc2 influx? It seems to tie in well with post requirements for topics and stuff. I see so many newbie people spamming utter crap all of the time and about half of it gets moderated because most of it is just empty shit that isnt modable but contributes nothing.
I feel like a posting limit for newer users would help out alot, obviously it wouldn't be related to post count but rather time registered on the account. It would also hopefully be a stride in the direction of forcing people to up the quality of their posts while they are starting out here...at least a guy can dream.
