What he should have done was to make a drop at the 6 a clock expansion. There was one reaver and some cannons defending it, and he could load up the drop in his main. Well, there was a reaver, canons, a HT with 3 storms, and zealots. Also reinforcements weren't far away. Mondragon was really far behind after his 11 oclock base died (twice even). I don't think he would've been able to afford any losses at the time. In addition he was constantly losing overlords due to lack of scourge at times. He was able to nearly make a comeback but he mined out a lot faster than Draco did and was completely unable to break the 6 oclock base.
