I didn't include Mynock and Rekrul just because they are admins, but i can't deny their status played at least a small role (see, you can't ban me for that, Rek  ). The other ones are very obvious choices, i hope nobody takes offense from not being included.
honorable mentions for being considered as possible voting options: Smurg, Chibi, Beyonder, Fakesteve, Casper.. and Brood. You simply have to stop somewhere and though this is somewhat subjective, these 7 folks more or less are the top comedians of this site. Let's get it on!

there are funny people that probably belong before Agu but i cant think of them atm.
the rest are a bit outclassed
IMO Rek is only funny cause he has power and never thinks twice about bitchslapping people with it
