[SOSPA] 12th SOSPA Ranking Tournament

Introduction
Welcome, by now you should be familiar with what the SOSPA Ranking Tournaments are. This series of tournaments is Sonic's smaller scale tournaments, mainly to tide people over between or during SSLs. The schedule is often jam-packed, so try not to miss any games!

Format
Ro16 Group Stage, then onwards is single elimination. Players probably are matched up randomly at each stage.

1st Place: 200,000 Won + Balloons donated throughout the tournament
