So as everyone already knows, EG has been counting down to a huge announcement that they will be making in two days.

Reddit seems to think that HuK will be joining EG for a "boatload" of money:

This might be totally baseless speculation, but HeoSat has already confirmed that one announcement about to be made is not going to be good news for TeamLiquid:

Furthermore, Kennegit stated that some "massive drama" that has been known about for months was going to be announced sometime this week:

Finally lets not forget that one year ago next month Liquid signed HuK to it's roster. Player contracts generally expire after a year:

It is also common knowledge that HuK was choosing between EG and Liquid when he was looking for a team last year:

If this is true I wonder how this will affect the Liquid/oGs partnership. I would say HuK is the key to that relationship. IMO, Liquid just wont be liquid to me anymore if HuK is no longer present.

hope this is false.. Would be pretty idiotic decision, One of the few reasons im a fan is because of The TL shirt. He even made a TL <3 With pylons, so how can this be true

Seems pretty unlikely, just looking at all the other factors involved.

1) He hasn't been money driven for awhile, but instead improvement driven to ultimately win a GSL, I don't see why it'd suddenly change right now.

2) If he joins, he probably won't be able to stay in the ogs-TL house anymore, so his practice will go down the drain if he chooses to remain in korea.

Or at least I hope not. I became a fan of Huk because he was a hometown liquid player. His achievements/attitude in korea (which only came because he is on liquid) won me over. Really everything doesn't just 360 so quickly.

because of this and other reasons I won't believe this until it actually happens,
to me it seems that he loves it in korea, I'd be disappointed to see him in EG,
don't think they changed their plans and suddenly want to play in korea.
