Just got this email. It looks like NASL may have taken the MLG replay situation as an opportunity to pounce on:
NASL Season One Replays Hello guys! Hope everyone has been enjoying some quality Starcraft II time in the past several weeks. Many of you have been sending us questions, asking about replays. We are pleased to announce that we are indeed releasing replays for Season 1! Where can you find them? Awesome. Does anyone know if this is all replays for the entire season (cause that's gotta be a TON!) or just the finals?

I'm at work, so I can't check. But it's 53 MB, so there are definitely a lot of replays in there.

It seems to be for everyone. Also, you cannot sell replays, so I don't think they could charge even if they wanted to.

I think it is great they are releasing the replays, but at the same time many of those replays are from a vastly different metagame than we have now so I don't know how useful it might be. Very cool nonetheless.

I asked because last time I talked to one of their mods on stream they told me replays won't be released at all. Nice surprise, I guess. Watch and learn, MLG!

I suspect that they just sent the email to subscribers, but figured there was no way to prevent them from getting out to everyone else, so they'll just let that happen on its own.
