Now because you all rage at me and scream "Use search function" I've looked at pretty much every guide written from past and present. My problem lies with Xsplit and Leauge of Legends.
Now I can Stream World of Warcraft fine on 1280x720 with graphics up with smooth quality and good frame rate.
I can Even stream LoL at 1280x720 on very high graphic settings fine with great smoothness and okish ingame fps (20-25) when I stream with Adobe Flash media encoder, But when I use Xsplit I can't even stream lol at 800x600 with the graphic setting set on very low, the stream lags like crazy even though I'd use the same setting on FME (Actually using low setting on xsplit)
I even can stream LoL on very high graphics on Livestreams Pro caster, But Xsplit...just doesent seem to want to work for me!

Since you didn't list specs, and I'm guessing you're using the standard TL Tech Support definition of having checked every thread (searched, skimmed 3-4 titles and said screw it), try that thread.

Whats your hardware? Your settings there should be easy to stream unless you are on low end hardware. What i mean by that its dual core or even quad based off on 775 socket.
CPU is everything when it comes to streaming.
Its very strange if FMLE is fine but Xsplit lags. Cause i did some tests and Xsplit is like 30% faster than FMLE. Make sure you right click the preview window in Xsplit and UNCHECK "Optimize for motion capture". FPS should be aroun 25 or 30.

I don't see why it would be a hardware problem, if it was wouldnt I be having trouble streaming with anything?

Your GFX is very bad for videogaming. Consider getting a new one. Also, 3 Gb RAM is a little low. Also, Win7 is much more ressource efficient than Vista. Switching to 7 would probably help too!

But the thing is I can stream fine. Smooth, HD quality, No lag.
UNLESS I use xsplit, the problem is though FME doesent allow you to have any sound besides your microphone.

Since he's telling you to add RAM without mentioning a 64bit OS, and not even considering CPU horsepower while talking about hardware in a streaming thread, I strongly suggest not taking him seriously.
Unfortunately, I'm not so great with streams, but R1CH's guides include some good performance tricks for streaming, including one for xsplit.
