Yellow: "I'm always overflowing with confidence."
It's been a while since you won.
It's been about a month since I had won so I'm quite happy. I'm slightly sorry that it was against KT, my home team, but I'm happy that I beat a strong player like Violet.
You played very strategically.
When I was analyzing the map, I learned that Fortress had a lot of strategic elements to it. While the distance is long, it's closer than you think. Furthermore, because it's hard to defend the entrance, the opponent has to build a lot of cannons after taking the natural. Because of this, I knew that the main had to be empty, so I went for a drop.
There's a jinx that your team loses whenever you win.
I only learned about this after I heard the fans. I guess my victory and my team's victory went in different directions so often that it's been called a jinx, but I'm glad that we all won together today.
I think this is your first time winning with GoRush.
It's also the first time I remember. The times where GoRush and I would both play were scarce, and this is the first time we both won. If one person gets to play, the other players have to be practice partners for the teammates so it was hard to get to play together. This time we got a lot of help from another team and got to practice a lot more so we can both play, so I'm really glad that we had both won. We will use this part more actively in the future so the two Zergs can play together.
You must have been sad that Ace's records has been getting worse.
Whenever we play, we look at the match and also predict the winners. But I had never thought once that we would lose. There were many cases where we were in a winning position, and our mistakes would overlap with our opponents playing well. Today I came to play thinking that as long as I avoid Flash, it'd be doable. I guess a lot of the Ace players are a bit nervous because they're not winning, and if we fix that problem I think we would get a lot stronger. Even GoRush seems to get a bit nervous when he was ahead. I think we need to fix this problem quickly.
Ace has never gotten more than 10 wins in one season.
Our current goal this season is 10 wins. It was a goal that we should have reached last year but regretfully we weren't able to. But now if we want 10 wins, we need to win 50% of our remaining games. Putting into account our current spirit it may be difficult, but I think we will meet our goal since all of the players are putting in their all.
The Starleague preliminaries are soon.
It's true that we are quite lacking, but we are always confident that we can make it past the preliminaries. While our past records weren't very good, we always play with the attitude that we can win, and we'll do the same this time around.
Any last words?
After I entered Ace, I wanted to say a lot of things when playing in the proleagues. But back then I couldn't say much since I had just entered Ace, and now I don't get to play very often so I didn't get to do interviews. So all the things I wanted to say just disappeared (laugh). I'll win more often in the future so I can have things that I want to say.

GoRush: "I thought that we needed to end our losing streak quickly"
The team ended their 10 game losing streak.
The Airforce Ace has hit a 2 digit losing streak so we thought we needed to win very soon. I'm really happy that we won like we had thought and ended the losing streak.
Your record this season hasn't been very good.
Recently, whenever I had won, my team has always lost to a comeback. It is true that I was a bit sad since there were many cases where I had won but didn't get to do an interview. Ruby had always lost so I couldn't do an interview, so I'm really thankful he won it for us today (laugh). As a member of Airforce Ace, there were a lot of things I wanted to say when I played, but I was really sad since I wasn't able to do interviews, which is a unique communication line (laugh).
It seems like practicing has gotten harder.
There's a definite difference from before. But I think we need to try harder to supplement the parts we lack. Recently the average skill of other teams has increased so it's harder to prepare, but that's not an excuse to give up.
I think this is the first time two Zergs played.
Recently there hasn't been a case where 2 Zerg has played together. It was difficult since if we both play, the other players would not have practice partners. Because we didn't have enough Zerg players, I didn't get to play for a long time and I received a lot of stress because of that.
How was today's game?
Overall, the game went in the way I had wanted. But I think after I won our first encounter, I became nervous and the game got tiresome. But I think what's important is that I had won the game so I'm satisfied.
We learned that the team's goal for this season is 10 wins.
Last season we finished with 9 wins. While we are always confident, I think just saying it in words isn't worth much. While it will be difficult, we will do our best to hit 10 wins.
The Starleague Preliminaries are coming up soon.
When I was a new recruit I had passed the preliminaries, but I think I became overburdened since a lot of people expected a lot out of me. I think that may be why I had to ungracefully forfeit. But now we all forgot about that no longer think about it. Because I've only won the MSL, I always think about winning the Starleague. I want to use this opportunity well to be the first one on Ace to hit the round of 16s.
Any last words?
I'm very thankful to all the teammates and members of another team that has helped us practice. Because our practice environment is very week, we're getting help from other teams. I'm really thankful for this and also thankful for the fans who cheer for us even when we're losing, and to the coaches and my superiors.

Ruby: "Words from my team became a source of strength"
You had wont he ace match.
The worried words and advice from my teammates were a huge help in settling myself psychologically. I was able to win the ace match through my teammates' strengths. I was really thankful to all the things my team has done for me.
You lost to Flash in the 4th set.
I practiced expecting a Protoss, so I was really flustered when Flash didn't play in the 3rd set. So I think I lost because I was playing really carefully. Between the 4th and the 5th set, I spent time controlling my mind and I think that has helped a lot.
You got to have a rematch with Flash on the 5th set.
I thought the 5th set would be Flash or Forgg. Instead of practicing for the match, I just sat there thinking. I believed in my usual skill and I think I had won because of that.
Weren't you cowering in the 5th set?
My teammates pointed out to me that I was cowering in the 4th set. That's why I got to think about that and play and got good results.
Weren't you worried that Flash may come back?
Recently when I'm in a winning situation, I get even more nervous since I can't control the excitement I get. So that's why I lose to comebacks often, so I'm relieved that I managed to keep my victory. When I was winning today, a worrying thought that I may lose this suddenly flooded me. So I concentrated the best I could, but my mind slipped for a second so I made a mistake. But thankfully I had such an advantage I was able to win.
You managed to tightly pressure your opponent (T/N: only if I took it literally...)
It was really chaotic. So I played the game thinking I should damage my opponent as much as possible rather than progressing myself. That was more comfortable to me when I was playing.
Your ace match records hasn't been too good recently.
When I lost the two matches in the beginning, I felt a sense of despair as if the sky was falling. But I was able to try again since my teammates trusted me and gave me their strength. But even then I kept losing so I became really nervousness. Luckily all of my teammates all had great careers so I received a lot of help from them. I was able to play in ace matches consistently because of their help.
A lot of new players will be entering Ace soon. Any words of advice?
When I entered Ace, I wanted glory more so than money. I wanted to play well in the proleagues and lead the team to victory. So I decided that I would work diligently and I think I did work that diligently. A lot of new players are joining us soon, and I hope they will join with a pure mind like that.
Any last words?
My biggest problem is that I can't trust myself, but I was able to overcome that with my team's support and was able to win. What's left is the team's goal of 10 wins, so I will do my best to reach the goal. I also want to thank the teammates who helped me with practice and the fans who always cheer for us.
