Q: How do you feel about your first all-kill?
A: I’ve never won this many times in one day. I feel really good.
Q: You’re WeMade’s first all-killer
A: I just found out about that. Because my teammates are better than I am, I don’t feel too proud about it.
Q: You’re also the youngest person to all-kill
A: I don’t have much interested in the age (laughs). I’m just happy that I all-killed. As the youngest person, I would have to win the Winner’s League finals to be happy, but that’s already too late.
Q: Did you think you would all-kill today?
A: I didn’t have a good win rate during practice. I focused on set 1 thinking that I should get at least 1 definite win. I couldn’t prepare a lot for the remaining matches.
Q: When did you realize that you could possibly all-kill?
A: Ruby lost 2 tanks in the center because he was nervous. I thought then that I could all-kill.
Q: Is this the result of vacation?
A: When I go to school, I’m usually too tired to even practice a lot and my focus went down. I think now that I graduated middle school, I’m playing better (laughs).
Q: You successfully ran a hidden expo against
MuchA: I thought he wouldn’t figure out. I distracted him with vulture harassment, so I tried the hidden expo.
Q: Your timing rushes against Protosses were impressive
A: Against Much, I thought I would win if I just attacked, and against Anytime, I did a variation of Flash’s old build. Recently, I’ve been messing around with that build order and I think it worked well.
Q: You got your 8th Proleague win just like that. Your winning rate improved as well
A: I was depressed in the beginning when I went 0-3. Now that I have 8 wins, I’m satisfied. I’m still greedy for more in the future.
Q: People say your TvZ is weak. Are you improving that right now?
A: I feel the most confident against Zergs, but I recently made my own style. My confidence is still the same. I have MST against two Zergs tomorrow, and I want to show that I’ve changed.
Q: WeMade is coming back
A: I don’t think that my team is weaker than other teams at all. If we don’t become nervous and pressured, and if we play with confidence, I think we can beat every other team.
Q: Anything else?
A: I thank the people who helped me practice. When I get to play next time, I’ll try hard to show better games.

- 생애 첫 올킬을 기록한 소감은
▲ 이렇게 하루에 많이 이겨본 적이 없다. 기분이 좋은 것 같다.
- 위메이드 첫 올킬러인데
▲ 내가 위메이드에서 처음으로 올킬을 했다는 것을 이제 알았다. 다른 형들의 실력이 더 좋기 때문에 딱히 자부심은 들지 않는다.
- 최연소 올킬을 기록하기도 했다
▲ 최연소에는 별로 관심이 없다(웃음). 그냥 올킬한 것이 좋다. 최연소는 우승 정도를 해야 기분이 좋을 것 같은데, 최연소 우승은 이미 늦었다.
- 올킬을 예감하고 왔는지 궁금하다
▲ 연습을 할 때 승률이 좋지 않았다. 1킬만 하자는 생각으로 1세트에 집중했다. 나머지 경기는 준비를 많이하지 못했다.
- 올킬은 언제 예감했나
▲ 민찬기 선수가 긴장을 하셔서 중앙에서 시즈탱크 2기를 잃었다. 그 때 올킬을 할 수 있겠다는 생각을 했다.
- 방학 포스의 절정인가?
▲ 학교와 함께 다닐 때는 피곤해서 연습도 못하고 집중력도 떨어졌다. 중학교 졸업을 하고나니 게임도 더욱 잘되는 것 같다(웃음).
- 박영민과의 대결에서는 몰래 멀티를 성공시켰는데
▲ 몰래 멀티는 상대가 모를 것 같았다. 벌처로 흔들면서 상대 선수의 집중력이 흐트러진 것 같았다. 그래서 몰래 멀티를 시도했다.
- 프로토스전 타이밍 러시가 인상적이었다
▲ 박영민 선수와의 경기에서는 가면 끝날 것 같아서 치고 나갔고, (오)영종이 형과 했을 때는 (이)영호 형의 예전 빌드를 변형했다. 요즘 그것을 변형해서 습득하고 있는데 잘 통한 것 같다.
- 순식간에 시즌 8승째다. 승률도 좋아졌는데
▲ 처음에 0승 3패로 시작해서 좌절하기도 했다. 지금 8승이나 했으니 현재는 만족이다. 앞으로 욕심이 나기는 한다.
- 더 강한 팀을 상대로도 잘하고 싶은 욕심이 있을 것 같다
▲ 그런 생각이 들 때도 있다. 더 강한 팀을 상대로도 많이 이겼으면 좋겠다. 최근에 연습하면서 깨달은 것이 있어서 자신감도 커지고 있다.
- 저그전이 약한다는 평가가 있는데, 보완하고 있는지
▲ 저그전이 가장 자신있는데 최근에 나만의 운영을 만들었다. 자신감은 여전하다. 내일 서바이버 토너먼트에 저그 2명이 있는데, 내일 달라진 모습을 보여드리고 싶다.
- 위메이드의 분위기가 살아나고 있는데
▲ 우리 팀이 다른 팀에 비해서 약하다는 생각을 절대 하지 않는다. 긴장하지 않고 자신감있게 경기를 한다면 다른 팀들도 모두 이길 수 있을 것 같다.
- 더 하고 싶은 말이 있다면.
▲ 연습을 도와준 분들께 감사드린다. 다음에 또 경기에 나가게 된다면 좋은 모습을 보여드리도록 노력하겠다.
