(like resource numbers, game timer etc - it looks different) Is it just his stream program doing that, or is there something I can edit to change my in-game fonts? Is it because he's playing on a different region from North America?

Love the running commentary - yet another awesome Zerg streamer who commentates, along with Sheth and Idra (sometimes). Was absolutely hilarious watching him on webcam as he was talking to a student of his - the student had their voice-changing mod on, but they didn't know, so everyone in the stream was absolutely ROFL-ing thinking that he was just trolling. But it turns out he was legit, and he even streamed the lesson for us all. Really great stuff, will be tuning in again.
