could you add the feature where the viewer can choose the quality? i'm on a 3G key and i have a limited amount of GB so i try to avoid every HQ stream :p | ||

So streaming in teamliquid is as risky as streaming anywhere. So if koreans dont wanna stream in korea, they should not want to stream here either if they were logical because it is not safer than streaming anywhere else because everyone can come to teamliquid. | ||
