Yeah that looked like it was over the line. But there was a player offside in the buildup, so I guess it works out? Just like there was a player offside when they had a free header two yards from the line. These linesmen aren't doing a very good job.

and it only takes about 5 seconds, the argument of it slows down the game makes no sense from Blatter, there are plenty of instances where the game is needlessly slowed down substitutions/fouls etc
