Sen sounds like a really cool guy.
On a purely personal note, I'd like to show Yellow the beauty of infinitely repeating Starcraft 2 bunkers. -Boxer

The whole "SEN IS BACK" thing makes me laugh for some reason. Is that going to be his signature phrase?

So Sen practices with F91, huh? Heh, I guess it's kind of like F91 being here in spirit. Hope they strategize some more for the game with Mondragon - would be nice to see two top form Zergs going at it.

Sen's interview was really good. It's hard to judge Sen's skill because he's sorta in that mystery Chinese scene and sorta in our own scene; and we mostly just decide things based on iccup stats.

Sen's interview is great—interesting to read how Idra getting knocked out changes the entire tourney for him. Also lol @ "gosu cheese"

"gosu cheese" is actually a great way to define it. Yes it was cheese, but when cheese is done intelligently/reactively, it becomes good rather than noobish play.

While the Nony/Idra series got more hype, the ret/sen series was actually very similar in a way. Older player coming out of inactivity is the underdog against mechanics monster. Older player exploits the playstyle/tendencies of younger players to take some exciting if not best played games.

Having these 4 players advance has got to be great for the TSL, since they are so popular and aren't afraid to mix things up. Although Idra dropping out is probably bad since there is no one for people to hate.

Woo Sen! I was cheering for all the 4 players in the semis, now I don't know who to root for. But Asian pride? JF vs Sen finals, perhaps!

As for the "gosu cheese" part I don't think Nony won the series so much as Idra lost it. I have to revisit Idra's rax expand as a really poor decision, which lost him 2 out of his 3 defeats. I was rather impressed by the reaver play in the other game Nony won, but the CC cancel and the unit rush against rax expand were more idiocy on Idra's part rather than brilliance on Nony's.

Shots fired! But the same players are coming into TSL2 with their TSL1 experiences in their minds and have really changed/improved how they played, so we never know.

of course, and I don't mean to say Mondi's ZvP isn't a force to be reckoned with. But NonY will be more than a match, his PvZ is known to be excellent as well…it'd be a great final!
