They opened up either early 2013 or 2012, but mostly functioned as a regular cyber cafe, but also hosting a decent amount of Japanese tournaments/events.



That's what I could muster up and assume from my experiences and from the reading, and without actually doing research right now. Maybe nemuke will give you a better answer.

I'll be going to Japan for two weeks in April and I'll deifnitively give this place a visit! It's alot closer to Kikukawa where i'll be staying than Ichikawa ever was so that's great too!
