Suspicious actions: 3:53 look through fog at worker on Xel'Naga tower 4:40 Moves a worker to the corner to intercept an unseen, incoming reaper. Having a unit somewhere about there would be a smart move versus Terran so on it's own, not damning evidence. Doesn't replace the worker after the reaper threat goes away though. 5:54 Glance through fog at natural, just after the opponent expands. 5:59 Adjusts vision so that he is now looking (through fog) at the ramp, where there are units moving into the natural from the main. 7:43 Moves camera to watch a scouting SCV, through fog. 8:14 Starts sieging up outside the natural, which he still hasn't scouted at all. His first tank is blindly placed so that the enemy bunker is *just* within range of its shot
Conclusion:
Yeah. Blatant maphacker.

It's more then just maphacks.
As for the maphacks, he definately has them: Blind drone pulling on your 2 rax, blind spine crawler cancels when he doesn't know you've given up on your 2 rax, blind interception on 2 marines you send out to scout, making blind spinecrawlers on your tank push, a blind interception of a drop, constantly checking out your base while it's under fog of war.
Next to that, he's also using some kind of roach burrow bot (watch it at your first tank push) and I'm pretty sure he's using some kind of inject bot also (even a pro wouldn't keep energy this low).
This guy is running so many different things I'm actually wondering if he does anything himself.

Just watched this one and I really don't think he was using any hack there. He had more than enough marines to deal with muta's and an engi bay, the bigger threat was your Banelings. I think you were just really unlucky on the drop.
Although it wasn't mentioned in the descrpition I thought I'd add for completions sake he never prepares for anything he hasn't scouted, and only once looks through fog of war, but there was nothing at all on the spot he was looking at.

There isn't any lag or disruption of the replay. The image of his match history isn't indicative of drop hacking, although it is of course possible. While he never scouted you or left his base and scanned right on the money - it could be that he was just a bad player.
The replay doesn't have any indicators of map or drop hacks and his match history does not suggest anything. I encourage you to check his history again later and see if there are a pattern of 1-5 minute games or 10 minute games that he wins despite the graphs and stats showing the other person strongly in the lead.

Where actually i was planning to get a 3rd there myself. Anyway his lings follow like a sec after to clear the probe up. I rewatch the replay and noticed he was looking through fog of my base the whole game. Watch the replay through zerg's view and you will know.
It can be called either way. I'll list what comes to mind. Suspicious: Never scouts; attacks close position first when he does move out, very late and without any knowledge of where you spawned; Looks in your base a few times after scouting it and moves his ling/bling comp the same time your probe heads to his unscouted gold base. Unlikely: No blatant fog of war scouting; He is caught at a loss by what you do; his skill level is indicative that scouting may or may not be part of his routine.
I'll add it as Needs Review until the end of the season however I don't think it can be decided without additional replays.

Ok, starting analysis: + Show Spoiler + The overlord scout at the beginning - strange, but the more and more I look at him he is just not a very good player. The other things can be connected to this too... until: -7:35 minute mark - reacts before seeing your marines. Alarm bells from my side. -err... 9:57 - his point of view is on his natural for quite some time now, he doesn't have his queens hotkeyed and suddenly the queen in his main injects? To me - already confirmed maphack with camera lock, unless there's some trick to larva injecting that I couldn't read about (checked(my queens usually are 5/6/7 when I play as zerg (random top diamond am I))) -13:58-14:20 - lol I guess he forgot he was trying not to look suspicious. -15:37-15:53 - 1st, he reacts a second before seeing your hellions, 2nd - he was trying to micro his mutas... and througout the whole instance his camera was frozen on his lings? lol again. -20:13 - ESP reaction No3 = 100% confirmed to me
And could you stop with the spam guys? You are making it hard to actually try and look for maphacker replays -_-

Next comes the part where he gets his engineering bay up as soon as he "sees" the starports ( for the record, he never scouted ONCE), yet he still didn't stop there. On all of my air atacks, he just dragged all of his army to the area where i would atack from (despite him having no sensor towers). I've looked at what we call "Weak evidence for hacks"). There's the rule with not mattering if he looks at your base through fog, because he is just looking at what he scouted. Well, the only thing he could see was a blank area. In fact, he didn't even know where i actually was. He glanced twice from 6:15 to 6:25 at my base after already preparing that missile turret. Just a reminder, he didn't know my race until my hellion came knocking. I told him after the game that he had hacks, and he agreed... I mean using them is one thing, admitting is another. At 13:45 he sends out a group of zerglings and right as im getting my third base built. Keep in mind he has no idea where my main is and doesn't have any scouting tools to let him know that i am taking a third. He has no overloards or other units parked at the third..he randomly sends out zerglings straight to the third to denie it.
At 18:21 I have drop loaded up full of marines headed to his main and he sets all of his rally points to his main base. If you look at his vision, he doesn't see the drop coming.
At 19:14 he decides to send all of his units to his third base ( top right base). My drop is in the very top..there is nothing to scout the drop at all and he kills the drop.
At 20:52 I send a drop out to his main and he immediately sends his mutas to intercept the drop. If you look at his vision, you see none of my units at all. He blindly sends his mutas to the exact location of my drop.
At 22:59 I send my whole army out for a push. He quickly sends all of his units to attack move right where my army is so that i can have time to siege up my units.. However he doesn't see my army move out if you look at his vision. He does that all blindly.
At 24:02 he finally finds my main base after not paying attention with some idle corruptors.
In summation, he blindly took out drop ships without any scouting, and countered hellions and banshees without a single scout, he also had no overloard spread throughout the map, he blindly attacked my third, and intercepted my army and it took him 24 minutes to scout where my main base was.
