Don't post in this thread to say "gay gamers are like everyone else, why do they have a special thread?" It is something that has been posted numerous times, and this isn't the place for that discussion. For regular posters, don't quote the trolls.

Anybody that complained about what I write will logically have to claim that homphobes are civilized people. ? Kind of a strange post, there. I guess it depends on your definition on "civilized", but being civilized doesn't necessarily have anything to do with tolerance towards all minorities. Some of the most civilized societies in history have commited some of the worst atrocities, so yes, homophobes can definitely be "civilized". Awful, but still civilized. Either way, claiming that people in "UK Muslim Ghetto" are uncivilized is still pretty stupid. It's blunt and vague and generalizing and offensive. It's obviously necessary to criticize certain cultures and societies for how certain minorities are treated in them, but come on, you can do it better than that.

What are you high? 2) For gays to ask questions. I have a lot of experience with sexuality and gender psychology. I use to be a women in a mans body now I'm just a man who likes women. Look how I untangled that for you. 3) For everyone else to ask questions. Want to know if gaydar really exists? Want to know how gays figure out who gets to be on top or the bottom? Why do gays talk with a lisp anyway? Does Mora really have a crush on Incontrol? Gaydar does exist you just blew it up. We flip a coin. Why do effeminate bottoms have lisps and sometimes tops how does that work guy who can't use google. I will now google. Google is good. User was temp banned for this post.

Several straight guys together in a group? How would you perceive it? You wouldn't care? You wouldn't notice? Would you feel some kind of intrusion? I know this is a weird question but this situation is a bit peculiar and doesn't really arise in "regular" clubs I guess. The right question probably is "why would they go in a gay club in the first place?". I don't know :p Edit: Oops sorry for double post.

Don't think I'd care too much if a group of straight guys came into a gay club. It's pretty unusual anyway, and as long as they realise they might get hit on, then meh. Whenever me and a (gay) friend go up and visit our friends in our uni city, we always drag a few of the straight guys with us out clubbing just for a night out. We want to go visit somewhere we don't go to anymore, they're happy to come with us because it's a night out with friends. I don't really know why a straight guy would ever really come to a club alone, unless they're a "straight" guy, which I've come across a few times.

Haha that's exactly the kind of expected answer that made me edit my question in the first place. You can't really ask stuff you don't know about homosexuality without sounding like seeing differences where there aren't. At worst sounding like an homophobic douchebag, I guess. But I do think that you're being unfair. Bars/clubs are generally for everybody. Gay bars/clubs are, either by design or de facto, "more for gay people". Or else what would it be? I'm not saying this distinction is good or bad, just that it currently exists. Right? That's like if I play the violin, and I enter the room where my symphonic orchestra is preparing to rehearse and everybody finds it normal. But then I barge in in the room for the rehearsal of a wind ensemble, and they probably will find it weird that I'm here. Not because they don't like me, but because I probably have little to do here. That's how I thought of it at least. Of course if you have any problem with that (for example if you don't think that it's a bit weird for a straight guy to specifically want to go to a gay club alone), I'll take my leave from this thread and never bother you again :D

Hilarious analogy. As far as a straight guy going to a gay club alone, I imagine that people would probably just think he was gay? lol

Straight guys at gay bars don't bother me. Straight girls at gay bars...gets iffy for me. Most are just there cause they wanna hang out with their gay friend in a place where their gay friend feels comfortable. Some just take their fag hag-ness WAY too far and get really really obnoxious. To the point that I've talked to bouncers at some gay bars in Dallas that just want to ban women altogether. Oh, and bachelorette parties at gay bars can starts masturbating with chain saws kkthxbai.

There's a growing trend of straight men attending gay clubs alone specifically to pick up straight women who go dancing with their gay friends. Women at gay club tend to let their guards down more from my experience, and there's way less competition to get that girl's attention. Where as a single girl at a straight club will probably have a mob of peni chasing after her at every turn.

If you're a woman at a gay club, and a guy hits on you.. shouldn't that ring alarm bells or something?

Even at the clubs infested with straight girls (thinking of two in particular in my city) straight guys don't show up. Mostly cause if a girl isn't going out to meet new people, she's not gonna give you the time of day if you approach her. Hitting on girls at a gay bar sounds like a plan, but it doesn't work. Having a bunch of gay guys hitting on you all night isn't worth the effort required to find a hot straight girl and immediately get shot down. If you wanna hit on a girl, you go to a straight bar where girls actually want to be hit on.

Straight women who go to gay clubs are not (all) prudes. Like I said, most of them went with their gay friends. And typically they're more friendly because they haven't been harassed by 50 different guys since entering the door.
