Dude...blogs aren't "reporting." They're blanketly saying "straight guys are going to gay bars now" but not offering any evidence that that's true except for these theoretical reasons why they might want to.
I wanna see like, a poll asking a couple hundred straight dudes if they've ever successfully hit on a girl at a gay bar. And no I'm not moving the goal posts or whatever fallacy your dart is about to hit. That's the threshold of evidence that will satisfy me. I don't think it's unreasonable.
