Oh yeah, I forgot to say earlier but due to unforseen consequences (namely a blown up PSU) I couldn't get the funds gathered to make the trip, so I'm sorry but I won't be there, I hope everyone else has fun though!

That sucks, they arnt cheap to replace. Well, no part of a PC is. But if anyone else is in the area or can make it who isnt on the confirmed or tentative list wants to come, feel free to but you will still be asked to pay.

Getting a lift in to newcastle at 9AM. Wish I had a lift that could go a few minutes later xD There's no way I'm driving in and finding a place to park that near the city centre.

We were due to go in at 9 but since it doesnt open till 10, well, whats the point in being an hour early lol. I agree, finding a place to park sucks. Altho if you want to hang out before hand we could come through for 9ish.

Kovu, what are the costs likely to be? With so many suffering from last-minute-pull-out LAN syndrome I assume we'll be short on numbers and if you've booked the whole place then (if my memory of CGZ serves me rightly) we certainly won't fill it. Will the payments be in relation to their normal rates or a proportion of the total cost of booking the place?

EDIT: Did you actually book the whole place?

As stated, the cost for anyone attenting will be 17 pounds for the whole weekend. Thats what people are turning up and expecting to pay, and thats what they will pay which is only fair. And yes we booked the whole place.

In the words of heavy, GOOD TIMES. Definately something to do again, but maybe just go as a group rather than hire the place out, depending on intrest. If we do get enough to hire it out, we would have to take payments in advance, even if people drop out.
