We dominate the early game so hard that SF and Slark have to both go Midas to catch up, so my Gryocopter decides to... farm the rest of the game instead of fight and we have a useless Mirana offlane that does nothing past 25 minutes and we end up losing

Yeah this is really annoying.

You can rightclick -> ignore someone on loading page to mute them, but if it's the usual dude sharing his phat beats you can't actually tell which player it is. There should be a mic symbol or something at minimum.

Hero selection you can't even do that.
