Well, as you can imagine they countered him super hard because he first picked SF. He was 0-4 at like 5 minutes to Ember Spirit. We still almost won the game which is the annoying part. If I was mid, or really anyone who had enough of a brain to not FP shadow fiend we would have won so easy  | ||

----- Not so often do you have games where you see the entire other team, and you see one of your teammates posturing to go in, and you have time to type: "nope" "don't go in" "wait for kunkka" ...and then, after a few seconds to consider this, they still go in and die, and maybe some/all of your team goes in after them and also dies. ----- But, my friends, it's a truly rare experience to have two of these fine souls on your team in a single game. Imagine, if you will, that you are on Dire, pushing the Radiant offlane t2. Four of you are pushing along the lane, but Dark Seer decides it would be better to go in through the secret shop area (where you have a ward showing that at least 2 of the enemy team are waiting). You ping Dark Seer, then ping the spot where the enemy Tide just showed, and type: "care" Dark seer proceeds to run in and die to the entire enemy team. Fortunately, your entire team is still 2-3 screens back, and there is plenty of time to disengage. You type: "b" "push over" ...at which point Spectre runs (not Haunts, runs) the full distance to the entire enemy team, attacks, the entire team follows, and everyone dies. Except Shadow Shaman, who says "fuck this noise" and TPs bot to farm. Then Spectre starts flaming Dark Seer in all chat, while arguing that it was too late to disengage because "when you're in you're in." ----- Did I mention that Spectre's items this game were brown boots, casual OoV, PMS, S+Y, Hood, crit stick? I honestly didn't even notice that part until we were already down a lane of rax and the game was almost over, but...srsly. dotabuff | ||

Clearly those games were a fluke... I don't even understand how people can be that bad at the game, like, HOW. I feel like we won the first game because they did not buy detection, and because I put my heart and soul into Shadow Demon (Who has become my favorite support ATM). It got to the point where I could solo their shadow fiend, and bought almost every single ward when they were off CD, which of course no one even said a word about. Instead, they kept commenting on how well Riki was doing (vs a team who only got detection in the first 5 minutes). I honestly should've just left the party after this game, but I thought I'd give them another shot. THEN THE SECOND GAME HAPPENED! Holy Shit, I was the only person who was even in the positive KDA, and it still took forty minutes before they could end. granted, I fed first blood and should've gotten BKB then my hex, but how in the hell do you even play this badly? The Kunka and Dark Seer said they would be supporting. Only one pair of wards bought between them, and a late mek on top of that. Riki basically gives up half way through and says that it's gg and that the game is over, which he was right, but seriously... It was at this point that I tried to give advice and suggest things, like the PA focusing more on farming and that the supports get wards, but they ignored every piece of advice that I tried to give, in addition to NEVER BUYING A FUCKING TP SCROLL! | ||

I just finished a game, we had 15 kill lead, enemy team is going 5 carries and 3 midas's. So of course everyone on my team wants to jungle and nobody wants to finish game or gank but me. So we get crushed 20 minutes later. | ||

It serves no purpose. The fact that it is separate from solo MMR means that high rated players can 2-stack and play in low MMRs, and conversely low rated players can be carried by better players into ratings they have no business playing in since party MMR is influenced by literally every player you stack with. In addition, solo players who solo queue and get matched with their solo MMR can be on the same team as stacks who get matched with their party MMR, which is an entirely new level of stupidity and causes solo and party MMR to inflate and deflate at different rates. We already have team MMR, which makes sense because your entire team has the same rating and you can be expected to stack with them fairly regularly. So why does party MMR even exist? | ||

I manage to get 6 slotted as ogre <50 minutes into a game, while not even taking farm. --Support ogre, not offlane Our naga manages to get 3 items.... Our LC manages to die a billion times solo and feed enemy team damage LC goes armlet first even though enemy SF went blink first and we have no initiation/gap closers Oh, also team doesn't save for BB at 50+ minutes | ||

Calls solo, feeds the timbersaw, silencer and I provide him all the space he could ever ask for, farms 1 item. No surprise he is 800 mmr lower than the rest of us. Fuck you matchmaking | ||
