I've had games where at the start I ping the "X is buying Mekanism" feature. Buy a well timed mek, then see at 25-30 minutes my 5th spot support is just finishing their mek and we've been in teamfights together multiple times by that point. They know I have one!

Last night I had a Spirit Breaker accidentally take my Shadow Blade recipe and then proceed to charge at the enemy base while I yelled at him both in typing and over voice.
He died. And I had to wait for him to come back and walk over to him and get it from him.
It took like fucking 3 minutes just to get my Shadow Blade AFTER it had been all paid for... -______-

OD manages to die fifteen times. You know what? Doesn't matter. All they need to do is provide enough of a distraction to kill the whole base. Lycan is pretty good like that.
Then the team couldn't even close out the game when I'd won them Mega Creeps. They just let DK walk up mid and kill them all then take throne as I'm trying to 4v1 the rest of the other team at their base due to their entire team buying back.
HOW ABOUT BUYING SOME GODDAMN BKBS MAYBE? You couldn't stop ONE guy? Fighting against mega creeps? Seriously? You just let him stun and kill you all?
Edit: Oh, and to put the icing on the cake my team was a 3+1+1 and the other team was a 5 stack.
Valve, seriously, stop messing about and give us back the goddamn solo queue. Its absolutely disgusting.

sniper decides to give up and his stupid buddy decides to start feeding at the 5 minute mark. despite the rest of the team agreeing to afk the game still goes on to 30 fucking minutes.

If you snap pick captain in cm you better fucking listen to suggestions especially when there's a 3 stack in your game. If you first ban puck and first pick witch doctor I will flame the shit out of you.

Personally, I would be totally ok with valve setting MMR = ( (total english words spoken) - 3x(swearwords spoken) - 5x (non-english words spoken) ) /game
I wouldn't even care if the Russians and ragers got the higher numbers for their epeens. Just put me with people who play the game the way I do.

You're still never, ever going to get it in anything other than a build path towards a shadowblade. There -might- be some situations where you actually went shadow amulet before claymore AND THEN actually had a use for it as an active... but mostly it's just a very very very very situational ability.
Being able to use it on allies is neat though. If it wasn't a billion dollars, I could see it being used to stealth charging Spirit Breakers or trapping runewards or used for WD/CM channelling their ults etc.
