Customizable Macro Keys as control group binds

Hi everyone - just a quick quick question regarding binding my customizable macro keys on my razer blackwidow. I did a search on the topic and the closest answer i could find was here:

however it was talking about using the macro keys as multiple keystrokes. other threads were talking about using them to store a particular messages such as the 'sup son' emoticon.

my question is a bit different: im wondering if i could use these keys as control group binds instead of, for instance 8. 9. and 0. i would LOVE to use m2, m3, m4 (again this is a razer blackwidow keyboard) as hotkeys for my macro queens to make my injecting better. but is this against blizzard policy?

i can't quite tell, but it certainly looks like DRG uses his m4 macro key for his muta control group:

... so i would imagine this is okay if a progamer is doing it?

if this is possible, it would likely change the entire way i macro (individual queens VS one control group and clicking the minimap VS stretching across the keyboard)

TL;DR: is it "legal" to use my macro keys as control group binds to hotkey individual queens?

Yes. Individual key to individual key binds are fine.

I believe as long as there is a 1-to-1 map (that is, you're not using the macro keys to do something like execute 8+shift+e for the spacebar/backspace inject method), it's fine.

right i just want to have them be individual control groups just like they were the 8, 9, 0 keys so it would be a 1-to-1 keybind. just wanna do some individual queen injects

Oddly enough he removed all the macro keys but still seems to use one of them. Anyways if he can do it at MLG im pretty sure its OK
