I do frequently push back against MaxPax overhype but in the interests of balance I must say his consistent smacking in the weeklies is still pretty damn impressive.

I've followed the competitive scene since the start of SC2, but my focus has always been more on the players in terms of their games than their personal lives. So forgive my ignorance when I ask: Why doesn't Maxpax play in offline events? Is he under age, super shy, or did he give another reason?

Nobody really picked up behind herO, Stats before his military service, or else. Trigger hasn't yet been able to compete to the upper echelon and Krystianer is still stuck on the mid table. Skillous maybe then.

That is not entirely true. We don’t know with 100% certainty. But there are some ‘credible” rumors out there for a reason.
A large portion of the community believes MaxPax is part of the Danish royal family. Due to his very public role, it is believed this is why he does not participate in offline events.

No, the correct answer is he’s not a human and is actually AlphaStar left to continuing its learning, obviously.

There are a few people talked to Maxpax behind the scenes, namely Oliveira and Hasterm. According to them, MaxPax is just someone that's kinda anti-social and doesn't want any publicity. Take that as you will.
