MindeIVK's victory over Mixu has really proven the balance whiners wrong. They are such clowns for not realizing that Rom's victory over Aristori is the proof that Protoss is not underpowered. I mean, if Protoss was underpowered, then how did FightingFrog manage to beat DIMAGA? And if that doesn't prove it, then how about Rodzyn beating Trifax? Something like that could never have happened if Protoss was underpowered. This should shut up the balance whiners once and for all.

What matters is the playoff results and Atlanta, not the qualifiers. Should not give opinion until season concludes.

It's clearly not a balance problem when you see the qualifier results. It's so obvious it's a top 5 or top 10 player in the world thing and it's actually overpowered at all other levels.

Everybody on either side is balance complaining against or in favor of either of the three races (the GSL topic, the main patch topic and THAT topic). Instead of really paying more attention about the impact for everybody else who is just there to play without competitive pressure. Learning more about the effects of the patch while watching the likes of PiG than reading the Twitch chats or the GSL's YouTube.

This is exactly why they are careful to buff protoss. Protoss needs to be made more difficult before it can be buffed harder, or the entire 6k+ MMR bracket is 70% protoss, which makes the game trash to play.

They just ran qualifiers with a more even pool of skill levels then what Atlanta will be and the results of three regions were 19 Protoss, 7 Terran, and 6 zerg. Why is this less conclusive then if Serral or Maru win Masters Winter.
