 Ryung, Prince, and NightMare had ended (it was also revealed that NightMare had technically been on "lease" from Club NV).As Team GP gets ready to play in the WTL playoffs in early February, they are left with Cham as the only remaining player on its SC2 roster. Team owner TheBarTV said on Discord that Team GP would still participate in the WTL playoffs and was searching for new players.

If that comes true, they should forfeit their spot in the playoffs in favour of Team Liquid I think. | ||

GP previously ran a very successful, championship-level Kart Rider team for over a year alongside its SC2 team  But indeed, time does seem tight if they're trying to get two competitive players in time for the playoffs. | ||

To be honest, the only reason I root for Team Liquid getting the spot is that Skillous has signed with them and should be eligible to play. Alongside Clem and Elazer, they have a good shot to make a deep run in the playoff. | ||

Whether Liquid failed to qualify by a single map or by one million points is irrelevant. It's absolutely the the latter. A team deserves substantial credit for signing players, committing to the league, and helping make the tournament possible. If those players are no longer part of the team due to extraordinary circumstances, the organization should not be punished for it. | ||
