Cham may not participate in CTC at least until now. 2. Chivo's owner, Julio Davila prefers SoO to other players even from Mexican local players.

Special is living in Korea, he is korean level despite not being korean in nationality and, unlike soO, he will be free to travel in 2020; Ragnarok alone won't be able to carry the team. I am not saying Chivo must sign Special, but I am convinced it would make sense to do so.

This way, for years, teams are just personal sponsorships for players without any gain The success of CTC is built on Xiaose/F91 and Netease influences and reputation in Chinese esport community. EU and NA has also some guy doing such things like Wardi. But you know.. He is still too small to support a stable, professional teamleague. I believe if there's big names like Tatosis trying to build an EU teamleague along with WCS. They will succeed just like CTC.

You can also think CTC is like homestory cup but with sponsers and more official support from blizzard

Although NetEase is the acting publisher of Blizzard games in China, NetEase and Blizzard's finances are completely unrelated. So we can think that NetEase sponsored CTC with its own money on behalf of Blizzard.
