I was hoping someone could put in place a marathon table of the results, aggregating all results from NW1-4 on Liquipedia. As far as I can tell, Norway is still the most successful nation (incl. bronze matches, but not qualifiers and show matches) with 11 wins and 4 losses: Nation - Win - Loss 1. Norway - 11 - 4 2.
