DEMUSLIM ENTERS OUR STARCRAFT 2 TEAM
In the last news we have already preannounced you. Now we can say finally: Welcome DeMusliM at EURONICS Gaming!
At the DreamHack the Polish Zerg player Nerchio has already joined our team and now we want to complete our line-up with DeMusliM. Our newcomer Rinka, yingyang and Holyhit performed really well there. But Nerchio and FireCake unfortunately dropped out in the Round of 32nd. However, this was only the first tournament this year and thus a good warm-up for upcoming events!
With DeMusliM we look forward to an established player who will strengthen the team with his exceptional skills. His experience will be a great benefit for our formation and we hope that he will have a successful time with us.
It's been exactly 1 year since I parted ways with my last team, and I'm so happy to not only have found a new home, but to have been entrusted with picking out our new core lineup. It wouldn't feel right being on a team without at least one villainous Zerg teammate, so I decided to have two  . Awesome. Glad to see Demuslim is picked up again. He's been around SC2 since the beginning as far as I'm aware and is a great personality to have around the game. Happy for all parties involved.

lol nice "compliment." Demu isn't a caster. He's a top gm player with great charisma who casts the occasional event. When you speak as elegantly as he does, you'd be stupid not too. It's not like you can practice 24/7 for 5 years and not get burned out. He's always top 5 or 10 gm just always fails on lans. Sad.

Really? I think you missed his stories from HSC where he admits he's trolling people on ladder and is not very nice.
If he knows someone doesn't like anything it would be appropriate to not do such a thing on purpose outside of a tournament(and I am not talking about Idra, he done it to several players just to make them angry). I kinda don't get this attitude, on a tournament or on a "from time to time" basis I feel it's OK, but doing such things regularly to get your opponent annoyed?
That's not being a nice person from my view and that could be a reason why people hate him.

Though he is only a ladder hero. In his whole career he has exactly 1 title(HSC 2010) and then 3 or 4 bronze places and that's all. He never delivered his promises and he admitted being a dick on the ladder(the last HSC). And he was several times the top of the ladder.
I think he should become a streamer/caster(basically European Incontrol ). But maybe he solved his issues that were holding him back. I don't like him, but I somehow wish him good luck, he's with the game for a long period of time, it would be nice to see an "old" face to win something

I am happy for Demu. Watching him stream is what actually made me start playing SC2 1v1.
Still watch his stream and he actually did ok at the last Homestory Cup. Hope that with a new team and maybe new found motivation he will start signing up for more tournaments
