PartinG and ByuN are the most popular Korean players in China at the moment. PartinG has always been in good relation with Chinese scene. He even streams regularly on Douyu. ByuN also built up a great fan base with his LeiFeng Cup success.

When he needs a visa for being in China, he cant have been in China. But only came for the visa back to Korea? Where was he then? Dafuq, where has KESPA build its jail??? It should be probably "came to Seoul" actually, I remember it from another article covering the same interview. Weirdly the original article says "came to Korea" too, but the reporter, Sora Lee, is famous for incorrect articles, so probably Byun would have said "came here" which meant "came Seoul which Chinese embarrass is located, but she got it "came to Korea"

Thanks for the translation, I liked ByuN from his Prime days so it's super cool being able to see him play (and be somewhat successful) and in interviews again! Might be? They are extremly inflated. I expect by at least 900%. Look at how bad the actual player quality is in the Chinese scene... If so many people in China were intestested in following Sc2, you would expect that there were more and better players actually playing the game as well. I say completely ignore numbers that can be manipulated through viewerbots and just look at data that cannot be manipulated.
