The rules have always been in place that after the 3rd round rosters are locked. Before round 3 there can be trades and free agents can be acquired. It is similar to a trade deadline that exists in other sports. | ||

I think thats up to SKT, but they probably do it, riding their good gut feelings after winning the season with Innovation allkilling Jin air and apologizing for bad play and promising to practice more in the future in the interview | ||
