They'll probably announce the finals venue during the WCS Broadcast in Toronto - iirc they did it the same way with Toronto (announced it during the Season 1 finals)

As a ballpark, use 11-13th with standard CEST timings.

We'll confirm the exact dates and timings as soon as we finalise them.
