Because the stats on that page are wrong and YongHwa actually only played 4 maps in round 1  .

Ah yes if that's what you meant, the four seeded players are the exact top4 of Round 1's rankings, so I guess that's what they did.

Because they can't give out a bunch of charity seeds to players that show no interest whatsoever in trying to qualify on their own. 1-2 global seeds is fine, anyone else who wants to play in SSL can try out in qualifiers
