Created in 2014 with an initial roster of Guitarcheese, JonSnow, Padre, and Silky, today the organization announces its end.
Today sees the end of a dream but the start of a new chapter for everyone involved in our organization. Solaris Gaming has always been a team that looked primarily to support those involved, building many friendships, one’s that will last long beyond today. The team has always looked to be more than just a group of players competing, aiming to provide a professional and supportive environment for both players and staff.
It’s necessary to acknowledge the amazing support we’ve received since our initiation. Without a doubt, the team would never have gotten as far as it did without the supportwe’ve received and we cannot thank you enough. We hope you continue to support our players as they continue their careers and strive to accomplish even greater things.
There are several factors that lead to the decision to close the doors of Solaris Gaming but the state of North American StarCraft was not one of them. We believe that this coming year will bring great things for StarCraft and the North American scene as a whole and we’re excited to see how it all unfolds.
We’d like to take the time now to thank everyone who has been a part of this organization, player or staff, and also to, again, thank the community for their support on this project. Since day one, this project has been driven by a passion for StarCraft 2 to provide for both players and fans alike. Sadly, for Solaris Gaming, this dream has come to a close.
The team might have been a good venture and help to the NA scene but I have to admit that I have nothing good to say about any of the players other than Sonic, JonSnow, and Trace. Their whole roster was filled with BM ladder players. Not sure why teams even assist such people. It has been a running fad with some NA teams @_@;;
Aww...damn shame. 'Twas a nice organization while it was here. But there are so many things we can't control about trying to run a business, and I guess something just wasn't able to work out. Best of luck to everyone associated with Solaris in whatever path they head down next.
these closing announcements always sound so serious. its a gaming clan ffs, "closing doors"?! the biggest mark u guys made was having a website. what did any of these NA buddy clans do for the scene lol.
or i guess im suppose to say that im sorry and it was meant to be and that the players are not journeymen hopping from generic clan A to B every 6 months.
Sucks Virium is a pretty chill guy, I was in a clan with him back when we were diamonds and plats it is cool to see him come far. Good luck to everyone involved!

Being jealous because you have never ran or been in a clan that made a 'Closing Doors" announcement, isn't really a valid enough reason for you to be so rude for no reason...you saying this is really just emitting more negative energy onto the NA scene really, we don't need anymore negative energy.
EDIT : Also what mark have you made in this scene, that you feel you can discredit them?
