If you pick any powerhouse on your anti-team you're seriously a loser scrub.

5/4/4 B-team anti-teams every season.

i actually dont like picking those type of antiteams because you only have 1 trade per week, i'd rather go for a high'ish point player pick (6-7) + midd-point player who isnt playing + a 1-2 point pick on a weak time (like prime). that way you're sure that 1 of your players won't play the following week and you can trade the player that has the easiest matchup (best case scenario is if 1 or your 2 higher point players dont play the following week, which isnt that uncommon).

went with MKP(7)/Taeja(5)/Nette(1) this round but thats only because i was pretty confident that Dark was gonna beat MKP, would have gone with a safer antiteam if the matchups were different.

Why would you have three players that all have a decent chance to be fielded and possibly win next week?

I picked Dark/Seed/Stork. I don't think they have huge chances of being fielded, except Seed, and I think he'll get rolled enough by enough players. Every 7+ point player is going to win something, nearly guaranteed. Ed: I do worry about Stork coming out against some of the weaker teams, I might get burned here.

I've never traded my anti-team players, but I've always chosen them extremely conservatively. I only got burned once by Creator going ham on week and netting me -9 -- other than that I've often ended in the top anti-team points for FPL.

Well that's too bad because Dark won a game today, his team won as well and Seed was actually fielded.

Dark got fielded this week, and won pretty convincingly. Seed was also fielded this week and could have won against a weaker player. Stork is likely to come out.

All of these players have a decent change of winning something (the percent chance that they'll win some number of games combined is higher that a single top player winning the same number of games). So it's perfectly reasonable to pick two players that will never play and one good player that you expect to lose several times.

These are high risk plays, I think picking someone who has a minimal chance of winning or being fielded is better than picking... fucking MKP or Zest. Those are guaranteed losses if you have them in your team at the wrong time.

I didn't really do it last year, but I actually know a thing or two now. Also, I've been pretty successful so far (if Yoda had won the ace I'd have 26 points right now)

Today's results are in! Let me know if anything looks wrong, as this is the last chance to change things before trading opens and things become permanent.
