Former Startale player Choi "Bomber" Ji Sung will be the player coach of Startale-Yoe Flash Wolves for the 2015 season of Proleague. It's seems that he will want to focus more on individual leagues such as GSL, so he will take the position to help his teammates train without having to play too many Proleague matches of his own.
Interesting - On one hand, I wonder if it's a gradual transition from pro-gaming, on the other hand, we've seen progamers maintain results as a player before.

definitely seems like a way to get ready for military service in the next couple of years

Is anyone as good as Choya? I don't think so anymore.
Choya's builds will never be topped. (Anyone remember that Proxy Colossus build that he used not once, but twice on Antiga Shipyard and then that map with an in-base natural?)

Cause there's like, a handful of competative females out there. And it needs to be specified that she probably will never play since she's only like diamond league.
seems really weird to say "I want to focus on individual league, so now I'll be a coach who is responsible for the success of the entire team." unless by "coach" he means "don't really do anything."
I can't believe they're really sticking to the whole not-allowing-parting-to-play thing.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that SKT being the primary sponsor of proleague may have something to do with parting not being allowed to participate after leaving SKT.
So Parting can't play and Bomber won't play (mostly). This lineup looked really good when it was first announced, but now it's looking weaker by the minute. Life and San are going to need to carry hard.
I really don't think its a weaker line up. Honestly I think bomber says he isn't going to play that much,BUT knowing bomber he will definitely step in especially being coach when he needs to. Also Leenock not good enough for you? or Alive? hahaha Those are 2 players that have had consistent results for periods of time and Leenock has taken a major trophy in one of the most epic ZvZs ever witnessed on Cloud Kingdom.

Yes. Basically, PartinG wasn't on SKT for long enough to get the same free agent status that Rain/FanTaSy got.
God, 5 years is such bullshit. That's longer than most players last in esports. That's like if in pro sports if you played for one team you were tied to them exclusively for 15 years or something.
