Not untrue but given how heavily the ranking depends on the top 1 or 2 players for each country (except Korea and maybe a couple more) it's quite clear that having one good player can mean the difference between being close to the top and not in people's minds at all. Kinda sad overall really.

This is a bit misleading, because there aren't too many countries other than USA/Canada in WCS AM, so they net a lot of points. Same for Korea that gets every single point WCS KR has to give, but here it's not misleading since they're miles ahead of any other nation. This is interesting but not really representative of the strength of a country's national scene.

Also notice that 3 out of 4 of finlands players are part time! Other countries have majority of point holders as fulltime players.
